Terms of service

Website Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the SignHub website and online store and to products ordered through the online store.

The online store is operated by:

Signhub Pty Ltd
ABN 89 146 615 894
Trading as SignHub Printing & Signs

By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms together with our:

  • Privacy Policy; and
  • Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Australian consumer guarantees can also apply to purchases made by businesses, including certain purchases valued at less than $100,000 including GST.

1. About these Terms

These Terms apply only to:

  • your use of this website and online store; and
  • products purchased through the online store.

They do not apply to separately quoted design, signage, installation or other work undertaken directly by SignHub unless the quotation expressly incorporates these Terms.

Separately quoted work may be subject to its own quotation, scope, specifications, payment terms and trading conditions.

2. Website access

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system or information;
  • introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
  • use the website fraudulently;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • provide false or misleading information;
  • infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights;
  • use automated tools in a way that materially disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the website;
  • copy or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
  • use the website in any way that is unlawful or likely to harm SignHub, Shopify, another user or a third party.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached or where action is necessary to protect the website, our systems or other users.

3. Accounts

You may be able to place an order as a guest or through a customer account, depending on the website functions available at the time.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate and complete information;
  • keeping your contact and account details current;
  • protecting your login credentials;
  • preventing unauthorised use of your account; and
  • notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not sell, transfer or allow another person to use your account without authority.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used unlawfully, fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

4. Product information

We take reasonable care when preparing product descriptions, specifications, photographs, diagrams and other website content.

Product images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. The finished product may differ from an image because of:

  • screen and display settings;
  • lighting and photography;
  • differences between digital previews and printed output;
  • changes in scale;
  • material texture and finish;
  • manufacturing tolerances;
  • batch variation; and
  • fixtures, mounting hardware, posts, backgrounds or accessories shown for illustration but not included in the product description.

The product description and confirmed order details determine what is included in the purchase.

We may update product descriptions, specifications and availability from time to time. Changes will not alter an order already accepted unless agreed with the customer or reasonably necessary to correct an obvious error.

5. Product dimensions and manufacturing tolerances

Unless expressly described as exact, product dimensions are nominal.

Minor variations may occur in:

  • dimensions;
  • cutting;
  • edge finishing;
  • print positioning;
  • colour;
  • material appearance;
  • surface finish; and
  • other manufacturing characteristics.

A minor variation that is normal for the relevant material or manufacturing process and does not materially affect the product’s function is not, by itself, a defect.

We will not substitute a materially different product or substrate without your approval.

6. Prices and GST

All prices displayed through the online store are in Australian dollars and include GST unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout.

Prices may change without notice. A change will not affect an order already accepted and paid for, except where the displayed price resulted from an obvious error.

We do not currently impose a separate payment-method surcharge unless one is clearly disclosed before payment.

7. Placing and accepting an order

By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected products on these Terms.

An order is accepted when payment is successfully received and processed.

An automated order confirmation may also be issued to the email address supplied at checkout.

Please review the entire order carefully before paying, including:

  • product type;
  • wording;
  • artwork;
  • size;
  • material;
  • quantity;
  • colour;
  • reflective or non-reflective finish;
  • delivery method;
  • delivery address; and
  • contact information.

Because every product is currently manufactured to order, an accepted order cannot ordinarily be cancelled or changed.

Cancellations and changes are governed by our Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Our right to decline or cancel an order

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product or material is unavailable;
  • the order cannot be manufactured as submitted;
  • artwork is unusable, incomplete or unsuitable for production;
  • we identify an obvious pricing, description or freight error;
  • payment is declined, reversed or suspected to be fraudulent;
  • delivery is unavailable to the nominated address;
  • the order is outside our reasonable production capability;
  • the customer owes overdue amounts to SignHub;
  • the order may breach a law or another person’s rights;
  • the artwork or content is offensive, illegal, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise seriously inappropriate;
  • the content is misleading or may create a safety risk;
  • the supplied artwork is of insufficient quality;
  • the supplied material raises copyright, trademark, privacy or other intellectual-property concerns;
  • the customer’s conduct is abusive, threatening or fraudulent; or
  • we otherwise reasonably decide that SignHub should not produce the requested material.

This includes the right to decline artwork that we consider visibly poor-quality, unsuitable for permanent signage, technically unreliable or inconsistent with our production and design standards, including low-quality AI-generated artwork.

Where we cancel an order before work begins for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the amount paid.

Where cancellation results from unlawful, infringing, misleading or otherwise improper customer-supplied material, we may deduct reasonable costs already incurred before refunding any balance.

9. Payment

Full payment is required when an online order is placed unless an approved credit arrangement has been made with SignHub.

An order will not enter production until payment has been received and all other production requirements have been satisfied.

Where an approved customer account or credit facility becomes available:

  • the account is subject to separate approval;
  • SignHub may set or change a reasonable credit limit;
  • invoices must be paid by their due date;
  • account access may be suspended where payment is overdue; and
  • SignHub may require payment before accepting further orders.

Any account-payment option displayed through the website does not mean that credit has been approved for every customer.

10. Production commencement

Our estimated production timeframe begins only after we have received all relevant requirements, including:

  1. full payment or approved account authority;
  2. complete, usable and production-ready artwork and order information; and
  3. confirmation or approval of the design or proof, where applicable.

If any of these requirements are missing, the production timeframe has not begun.

Production and dispatch timeframes are estimates only and are addressed in our Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy.

11. Standard products and template adaptation

Products displayed through the online store may be based on SignHub’s existing templates, production artwork, design library and manufacturing systems.

The product price includes only the product and the level of template adaptation expressly offered through the product page or online customisation process.

Unless expressly included, the product price does not include:

  • a separate design consultation;
  • development of a new brand or visual identity;
  • multiple design concepts;
  • manual redrawing of poor-quality artwork;
  • proofreading or copywriting;
  • editable artwork;
  • production source files;
  • additional proof revisions; or
  • extensive alteration of a standard design.

We may offer additional design or artwork services separately, but they are not automatically included in an online-store purchase.

12. Proofs and approvals

Depending on the product, you may be required to review and approve a proof, preview or customised design as part of the ordering process.

Approval may be given through:

  • the website;
  • an online customiser;
  • an approval button;
  • email;
  • written message; or
  • another electronic method accepted by SignHub.

By submitting or approving the order, proof or preview, you confirm that you have checked and accepted:

  • spelling;
  • punctuation;
  • grammar;
  • names;
  • telephone numbers;
  • addresses;
  • dates;
  • prices and other figures;
  • wording and legal content;
  • logos and images;
  • layout and positioning;
  • colours;
  • size and proportions;
  • quantity;
  • material selection;
  • reflective classification, where applicable; and
  • all other visible elements.

An approved proof or submitted custom design governs production.

SignHub is not responsible for an error that:

  • appeared in an approved proof;
  • was included in customer-supplied artwork;
  • resulted from information supplied by the customer; or
  • would have been apparent from reasonable inspection before approval.

We may raise an obvious error if we notice it, but we do not undertake comprehensive proofreading, legal checking or technical verification unless expressly agreed.

13. Colour reproduction

Colours displayed on a screen are an approximation only.

Actual printed colours may vary because of:

  • monitor calibration;
  • screen brightness and settings;
  • RGB-to-CMYK conversion;
  • printing processes;
  • substrate colour and texture;
  • ink and laminate characteristics;
  • reflective materials;
  • lighting conditions;
  • weathering; and
  • differences between production batches.

A reasonable difference between an on-screen preview and the finished print is not, by itself, a defect.

Exact colour, Pantone, PMS or brand-colour matching is provided only where expressly quoted and agreed in writing. Even then, reasonable production tolerances may apply.

14. Customer-supplied artwork and content

You retain ownership of original artwork and content that you upload or provide to us, subject to any rights owned by third parties.

By supplying material, you grant SignHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

  • receive;
  • store;
  • reproduce;
  • resize;
  • crop;
  • convert;
  • prepare;
  • print;
  • manufacture;
  • archive; and
  • otherwise use the material

to fulfil your order, maintain production records, respond to a dispute and produce an authorised repeat order.

You warrant that:

  • you own the material or have permission to use it;
  • you have authority to instruct SignHub to reproduce it;
  • the material does not infringe copyright, trademark, design, privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
  • any person shown or identified has given any consent required by law;
  • the material is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory or fraudulent; and
  • the information supplied is accurate.

Supplying artwork to SignHub does not transfer ownership of that artwork to SignHub.

15. Intellectual-property claims involving customer material

You are responsible for confirming your legal right to use customer-supplied artwork, logos, photographs, fonts, illustrations, trademarks and other material.

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify SignHub against a third-party claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost arising directly from our authorised reproduction of customer-supplied material where the claim results from:

  • your lack of ownership, permission or authority;
  • infringement of a third party’s rights;
  • failure to obtain a necessary consent; or
  • materially false information supplied by you.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the claim was caused or contributed to by SignHub’s unauthorised alteration or use of the material outside the purposes contemplated by the order.

We may suspend production while an intellectual-property or legal concern is investigated.

16. Designs created through the online customiser

SignHub retains ownership of:

  • templates;
  • graphic elements;
  • layouts;
  • symbols;
  • illustrations;
  • production files;
  • artwork systems;
  • customiser components;
  • design combinations; and
  • resulting designs

created or assembled using SignHub’s online customisation system, including the Zakeke customiser.

Purchasing a product created through the customiser gives you ownership of the physical product supplied.

It does not transfer ownership of:

  • the underlying template;
  • the generated digital design;
  • editable artwork;
  • source files;
  • production files;
  • design elements; or
  • SignHub’s intellectual property.

You may use and display the physical product for its intended purpose. You may not extract, reproduce, sell, distribute or use the underlying customiser design to manufacture products elsewhere without our written permission.

This section does not transfer ownership of original material that you independently uploaded to the customiser.

17. SignHub artwork and production materials

SignHub retains ownership of:

  • unselected concepts;
  • templates;
  • standard product artwork;
  • working files;
  • editable source files;
  • production files;
  • cut files;
  • manufacturing specifications;
  • print settings;
  • design systems;
  • processes;
  • methods;
  • tools; and
  • general knowledge developed or used in producing an order.

Ownership of the physical product does not include ownership of these materials.

Editable or production-ready artwork is supplied only where it is expressly identified as a purchased deliverable.

18. Portfolio and promotional use

Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing before production, SignHub may photograph and display completed work for reasonable business purposes, including:

  • our portfolio;
  • website content;
  • social media;
  • product examples;
  • tender submissions;
  • presentations; and
  • business promotion.

We will not intentionally publish confidential customer information that is not reasonably visible in the completed product or already public.

You may request confidentiality before placing the order. We will consider the request and confirm whether it can be accommodated.

19. Artwork storage and repeat orders

We may retain artwork, proofs, production files and order specifications for:

  • production;
  • quality control;
  • customer support;
  • dispute management;
  • recordkeeping; and
  • repeat orders.

We do not guarantee that artwork or production files will be stored indefinitely.

A repeat order may require:

  • the artwork to be supplied again;
  • new production setup;
  • updated pricing;
  • substitution of discontinued materials with an approved alternative; or
  • a new proof or approval.

Minor variation may occur between separate production runs.

20. Safety signs and Australian Standards

Some products are designed by reference to relevant Australian Standards, regulatory guidance or commonly accepted safety-sign conventions.

Unless we expressly agree to provide a separate professional advisory service, supplying a safety sign does not mean SignHub has:

  • audited your workplace;
  • identified every hazard;
  • determined which signs are legally required;
  • assessed your WHS system;
  • approved your site layout;
  • provided legal advice;
  • provided engineering advice;
  • provided building-certification advice; or
  • guaranteed that your workplace or site is compliant.

A compliant sign does not, by itself, make a workplace compliant.

You remain responsible for identifying your legal and operational requirements and selecting signs appropriate to your site.

21. Customer responsibility for sign selection

You are responsible for checking the suitability of the selected product, including:

  • sign category;
  • hazard classification;
  • wording;
  • symbol;
  • size;
  • viewing distance;
  • quantity;
  • location;
  • mounting height;
  • substrate;
  • reflective class;
  • durability;
  • exposure conditions;
  • installation method; and
  • site-specific legal or regulatory requirements.

Product suitability may depend on factors that are not known to SignHub, including:

  • distance and angle of viewing;
  • lighting;
  • traffic speed;
  • weather exposure;
  • chemical exposure;
  • vandalism risk;
  • indoor or outdoor use;
  • mounting surface;
  • expected service life; and
  • the requirements of a regulator, principal contractor, certifier or site manager.

You should obtain suitably qualified advice where you are uncertain about your obligations.

22. Changes to standard safety-sign designs

Changing the wording, colours, symbols, proportions or layout of a standard safety-sign design may affect whether it conforms to a relevant standard or recognised convention.

Where a requested change may affect compliance, we may:

  • warn you;
  • recommend retaining the standard design;
  • ask you to confirm the change in writing; or
  • decline to produce the altered sign.

If, after receiving a warning, you instruct us in writing to proceed with the variation, you accept responsibility for that departure from the standard design.

We will not knowingly represent an altered sign as standards-compliant where the alteration prevents that representation from being made accurately.

23. General website resources

Information in our Resource Centre, product descriptions, articles, guides, tables and other website materials is provided for general information.

It is not a substitute for:

  • site-specific WHS advice;
  • legal advice;
  • engineering advice;
  • building or planning advice;
  • advice from a regulator;
  • a risk assessment; or
  • professional assessment of your particular workplace.

Standards, legislation, codes and regulatory guidance may change.

Although we take reasonable care when preparing website information, you should confirm current requirements and obtain appropriate advice before relying on it for a specific site, hazard or compliance decision.

We may correct or update website content where we identify an error or where requirements change.

24. Supply-only products

Unless installation is expressly included in a separate written quotation issued by SignHub, products purchased through the online store are supplied on a supply-only basis.

Installation is not included in the online purchase price.

You are responsible for:

  • determining whether the product is suitable for the intended location;
  • selecting a competent installer;
  • choosing suitable fixings and mounting methods;
  • checking structural suitability;
  • identifying underground, overhead and concealed services;
  • obtaining landlord, council, building or other approvals;
  • ensuring safe access to the site;
  • complying with WHS obligations;
  • following applicable legislation and standards;
  • protecting the product during storage and handling; and
  • maintaining and cleaning the product appropriately.

SignHub is not responsible for loss, damage or failure caused by installation, removal, alteration, storage, handling or maintenance performed by the customer or another party.

Where SignHub separately provides installation services, those services will be governed by the applicable written quotation and terms for that work.

25. Product care, environment and service life

The appearance and service life of a sign depend on:

  • material selection;
  • exposure to sunlight and ultraviolet radiation;
  • rain and moisture;
  • humidity;
  • mould and biological growth;
  • salt, chemicals and pollutants;
  • wind;
  • cleaning methods;
  • physical impact;
  • mounting;
  • maintenance; and
  • the environment in which it is used.

Products such as corflute, temporary signs and budget substrates are not intended to have the same service life as aluminium composite panel, metal or other more durable substrates.

Normal ageing, fading, weathering, surface contamination, mould, dirt, wear or deterioration consistent with the product, price, material and environment is not necessarily a product failure.

Product descriptions may provide general guidance about intended use. They do not amount to a fixed service-life warranty unless an express written warranty is separately provided.

26. Consumer guarantees

Our products come with any guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be removed by these Terms. A separate warranty period is not required for those guarantees to apply, and consumer rights may continue for a reasonable period depending on the product, its price, its expected use and other circumstances.

We do not provide a separate voluntary warranty against defects unless one is expressly stated in writing for a particular product.

This means there is no single additional SignHub warranty period that applies to every product sold through the website.

Any product-specific statement about expected durability, intended use or material life must be read in context and does not exclude the Australian Consumer Law.

Our Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to report a problem and how claims are assessed.

27. Products purchased for business use

Many customers purchase SignHub products for commercial or workplace use.

A business may still be treated as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law in circumstances including where the goods cost less than $100,000 including GST, subject to relevant exclusions.

Nothing in these Terms attempts to exclude consumer guarantees where they apply.

Where the Australian Consumer Law does not apply, the limitations in the following sections apply to the extent permitted by law.

28. Liability where consumer guarantees do not apply

Where consumer guarantees or other non-excludable statutory rights do not apply, SignHub’s total liability arising from an affected order is limited, at our option, to:

  • supplying the affected product again;
  • repairing the affected product;
  • paying the reasonable cost of replacement or resupply; or
  • refunding the amount paid for the affected product.

Our total aggregate liability relating to an online order will not exceed the amount paid to SignHub for that order.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

29. Indirect and consequential loss

To the extent permitted by law, SignHub is not liable for indirect, special or consequential commercial loss arising from an online order, including:

  • loss of profit;
  • loss of revenue;
  • loss of production;
  • loss of contract;
  • loss of opportunity;
  • site downtime;
  • project delay;
  • reputational loss;
  • loss arising from a missed inspection;
  • regulatory action caused by the customer’s failure to meet its obligations; or
  • business interruption.

This exclusion does not apply to reasonably foreseeable loss or damage for which compensation must be provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, and compensation may be available for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure to comply with those guarantees.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, SignHub does not accept responsibility for downstream commercial consequences associated with a sign not being produced, dispatched, delivered or installed by a particular date.

30. Customer decisions and reliance

We are not responsible for loss arising from:

  • selection of an unsuitable product;
  • customer-supplied wording or artwork;
  • an error approved by the customer;
  • reliance on general website information instead of obtaining site-specific advice;
  • incorrect installation;
  • failure to obtain an approval or permit;
  • use of a product outside its intended purpose;
  • failure to follow handling or maintenance instructions;
  • modification by another person;
  • normal wear and environmental deterioration; or
  • circumstances caused by the customer or a third party.

This section does not exclude responsibility to the extent that the loss was caused by SignHub’s breach of a non-excludable legal obligation.

31. Shipping, delivery, cancellations and returns

Production estimates, delivery, collection, risk transfer, freight damage, cancellations, change-of-mind requests, returns, faults and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy.

That policy forms part of these Terms.

If there is an inconsistency:

  • these Terms govern general use of the online store;
  • the Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy governs delivery, cancellation and return processes; and
  • the Australian Consumer Law prevails where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

32. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including:

  • cyclone;
  • flood;
  • fire;
  • severe weather;
  • natural disaster;
  • road closure;
  • transport or freight disruption;
  • power, telecommunications or internet outage;
  • equipment failure;
  • cyber incident;
  • material shortage;
  • supplier failure;
  • industrial action;
  • epidemic or public-health restriction;
  • government action;
  • civil disturbance; or
  • another event we could not reasonably prevent.

Where such an event occurs, we may:

  • suspend performance;
  • extend an estimated production or delivery timeframe;
  • source an approved alternative material;
  • divide or delay an order;
  • use an alternative production or delivery arrangement; or
  • cancel the uncompleted part of the order if performance is no longer reasonably practicable.

We will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers and reduce avoidable disruption.

If the uncompleted portion is cancelled, we will refund amounts paid for work not performed, less reasonable amounts attributable to:

  • completed work;
  • design or production already undertaken;
  • materials already used;
  • non-cancellable materials or services;
  • supplier charges; and
  • other non-recoverable costs reasonably incurred for the order.

33. Shopify and third-party services

Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

The contract for the purchase of products is between you and Signhub Pty Ltd. Shopify is not the seller of SignHub products.

The website may also use third-party services for:

  • payments;
  • product customisation;
  • delivery calculation;
  • freight booking;
  • analytics;
  • communications;
  • account functions; and
  • other ecommerce features.

Your use of a third-party payment method or service may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policy.

We are responsible for our obligations as the seller. We are not responsible for a separate third-party service outside our control, except to the extent required by law.

34. Website intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, SignHub or its licensors own the intellectual property in:

  • the website;
  • SignHub branding;
  • product templates;
  • text;
  • graphics;
  • illustrations;
  • icons;
  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • downloadable resources;
  • layouts;
  • product descriptions;
  • customiser elements; and
  • other website content.

You may view and use the website for the purpose of considering or purchasing SignHub products.

You must not, without written permission:

  • reproduce website content commercially;
  • copy product artwork or templates;
  • manufacture products using our designs;
  • remove copyright or ownership notices;
  • republish substantial website content;
  • sell or sublicense website materials; or
  • represent SignHub content as your own.

This section does not apply to customer-owned material displayed as part of an order.

35. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that information may be provided to Shopify, payment providers, freight providers, production systems and other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the store and fulfil the order.

36. Errors and corrections

Despite reasonable care, the website may occasionally contain an error in:

  • price;
  • availability;
  • product description;
  • dimensions;
  • freight calculation;
  • delivery estimate;
  • tax;
  • promotional terms; or
  • another detail.

Where we identify an obvious error before an order is accepted, we may correct it.

Where we identify an obvious and material error after payment, we may:

  • contact you and offer to proceed on the corrected basis; or
  • cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

We will not require you to proceed at a higher price without your agreement.

37. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions displayed with the offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • only one discount code may be used per order;
  • a discount does not apply retrospectively;
  • a promotion may be limited by time, product, quantity or customer eligibility; and
  • refunds will not exceed the amount actually paid.

We may withdraw a promotion before an order is placed, but this will not affect a qualifying order already accepted.

38. Dispute resolution

Please contact us first if you have a concern about the website, an order or a product.

The parties should attempt to resolve the issue in good faith by:

  1. clearly identifying the issue;
  2. providing relevant information and evidence;
  3. allowing the other party a reasonable opportunity to respond; and
  4. considering a practical resolution.

This process does not prevent either party from:

  • exercising a right under the Australian Consumer Law;
  • contacting a consumer-protection body;
  • seeking urgent relief; or
  • commencing proceedings where informal resolution is unsuccessful or inappropriate.

39. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

The parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Queensland, subject to any right a customer has to bring a matter in another jurisdiction under applicable law.

SignHub’s principal place of business is Atherton, Queensland.

40. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down to the extent necessary.

If it cannot be read down, the affected portion will be severed.

The remaining provisions will continue to operate.

41. No waiver

A failure or delay by either party to exercise a right does not waive that right.

A waiver is effective only to the extent expressly given.

42. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our:

  • website;
  • products;
  • systems;
  • service providers;
  • business practices; or
  • legal obligations

change.

The current version will be published on this website with the date of the latest update.

Changes will apply to future website use and orders. They will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

43. Entire online-store agreement

For an online-store order, these Terms, the confirmed order details and the policies expressly incorporated into these Terms form the agreement between the customer and SignHub.

They replace prior discussions about that online order but do not exclude:

  • representations that cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • rights under the Australian Consumer Law; or
  • a separate written agreement expressly accepted by SignHub.

44. Contact information

Questions about these Terms or an online-store order may be directed to:
