Some hazards can't be removed from a site, only marked, clearly, so people see them coming rather than finding them the hard way. The "Keep Clear Of Moving Conveyors" sign does exactly that.
It's a small, unremarkable detail on a normal day, and exactly the kind of thing people look for when they're checking a site is doing things properly.
